I have a number of fountain pens, including some premium pens. Though I wasn't expecting much, I was completely blown away with the pens I ordered. I love the pens and the accessories. You are great as far as speed goes, but you need to be more flexible in your mailing processes. If I order a pen for a friend or relative and you offer a second pen at a reduced price I should be able to have that extra pen sent to me and not to the recipient of the gift, It does not make sense to send two Identical pens to the same person. I understand the issue of shipping cost. If I am willing to pay the extra shipping cost I do not see the issue for you.

Wow! I absolutely love this pen! I have never really been a huge fountain pen fan because most are not fine enough for my taste, but the extra fine nib and the weight of this pen are absolutely wonderful! Incredibly high quality! Highly recommend this brand of pens.

So far, this pen is absolutely gorgeous. Love the heft, but not weighty. Medium tip is exactly right for what i wanted in a pen. The ink flows beautifully and doesnt blob, dries fast enough to have no smear. Im already planning my next ink/pen purchases from Ellington. Beautiful quality through and through. (Also want to say, they shipped my pen so fast, i had it in a few days instead of weeks! A++++ service!)
