Shipping Policy

We ship all of our packages through USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Simply add the items you want into your cart to view the options, which vary based on location and order size. All of our shipping methods include tracking information.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

US and UK Shipping Rates

We offer free and fast shipping to the US and UK on all orders over $75 (or £50). Otherwise it is $4.95.

Expedited shipping is processed within 1-2 business days (4pm cut-off time) for $18.95 (or £7.95).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to all territories and countries with DHL for a flat fee of $19.95

Expected delivery times are between 7 to 14 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ellingtonpens.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
