Ellington pens has their customer service and satisfaction COVERED. I had a slight issue with the pen in this set, as referenced in another review, and they sent me an entire pen to replace it within days of my mentioning being a little less than satisfied. And they did it all with a smile, being friendly and helpful the whole time.
